Meditation Practice Instructions from Charlene Cyr

Welcome to this healing journey.

If you’re here you likely have just snagged one of my downloadable meditations. Before you get started this important note below with instructions to maximize your mediation practice.

Please find yourself in a comfortable setting where you will be undisturbed and can hold your position comfortably for the duration of this meditation journey. Take some time to relax and centre yourself into your space. Place your attention on your breathing and allow yourself to settle and be in stillness.

During this journey I encourage you to allow the experience to unfold around you. Do not create, question or analyze the experience while it is occurring. Some may be able to visualize or see things in their mind’s eye, while others may see nothing. There is no right or wrong way to experience these meditations. They are completely individual and very personal to you. The important part is to be open to receive the safe and sacred healing energy that is flowing directly to you.

My recommendation is that you focus on what you feel and sense about what is occurring around and within you.

If this is your first experience it may take a couple times before you start sensing the healing energy around you. Either way, please know it is occurring whether you feel it or not.

During this meditation, you may experience emotions, please do not hold them back, I invite you to surrender to the emotions that come forward (even if you don’t know why they are surfacing). It is a GIFT to experience this release, so just allow them to be released. And pick up on the meditation as you are able.

Each time you replay one of these healing meditations, you will likely experience new feelings, sensations and new things to note in your surroundings. They will all unfold as you allow it to be.

Trust your experience (even if your mind wanders every once in a while during the meditation. Be kind to yourself, it takes time).

As you continue working with the healing meditations, I encourage you to listen to the replays more than once. Each time you tune in, the energy meets you where you are —deepening your awareness, healing, and supporting ongoing transformation — each experience may offer something new. Trust that you’ll receive exactly what you need at that moment.
