Why I Created This Masterclass
For nearly ten years, I searched for answers outside of myself.
I created this masterclass because I know what it feels to be unhappy, unfulfilled, and so incredibly lost. I was struggling with my health, relationships and all life’s challenges that are present in your every day life (quite literally every one of the items listed in “Are You Noticing That: section above). I know how exhausting it can feel to search and search for answers to life problems (mental, emotional and physical struggles), and still feel like something deeper is missing. I tried everything I could find that promised relief or healing from physical ailments and my life struggles. Each time, I would throw myself fully into it, hoping that this would finally be the thing that changed everything. But again and again, I was left feeling disappointed when nothing truly improved.
In the year 2020, what started as a small breadcrumb of curiosity eventually led me down a path I never expected — discovering my ability as a Medium. Through that gift, Spirit began guiding me and helped me understand something I had never fully seen before.
The struggles I had been experiencing were not random.
They were connected to deeper layers of conditioning, emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, and learned patterns that had quietly shaped my thoughts, behaviours, and experiences for years — even manifesting within my body.
As I followed Spirit, real healing began to take place. Over time, those steps evolved into the process I now call akaYou — a method designed to help individuals become aware of the conditioning and patterns that shape their experiences, and reconnect with the truth of who they truly are.
This process has changed my life. I am now living my authentic life; and I am happy and healthy.

What to Expect
This master class is a 4 day guided, experiential week designed to support awareness, self-reflection, and healing—followed by a live integration and Q&A session to deepen understanding and application.
Rather than a rigid structure, each day will unfold organically, allowing space for what is most needed in the moment.

We begin by setting the foundation—sharing lived experience, personal insight, and the path that led to the creation of this work. This offers context, safety, and understanding for the process you are about to step into.

You’ll explore why self-reflection matters, how emotional processing supports healing and growth, and how life experiences shape who we become. Together, we look at how conditioning—formed through environment, relationships, and past experiences—can influence thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and the body in the present moment.

You’ll be guided through the second phase of the akaYou method—a process designed to bring awareness to past experiences that may still be influencing your mind, body, and emotional responses today.

The day may include guided experiential elements that may involve meditation, reflection, or gentle healing practices. These experiences are designed to support awareness, embodiment, and integration of what arises—always with choice and personal autonomy.
